How a new church cleaning engagement works from first call to ongoing service.
A quote starts with a phone call or submitted form. We ask about your facility type, square footage, the spaces you need cleaned, your service schedule, and any specific concerns your facilities committee or trustee board has raised. This takes 10 to 15 minutes. We do not send a crew to your facility before this conversation happens.
Based on the initial conversation, we produce a written scope-of-work document. This lists every space, every task within that space, the frequency of each task, and the price. It also includes our certificate of insurance. We send it to your facilities contact for review.
If your board needs to review and approve before signing, we build in that time. Nothing begins until you have signed the scope. The scope is not a contract with automatic renewal — we discuss renewal before any agreement expires.
We assign a consistent crew to your facility before the first visit. Your facilities contact receives the names of the crew members who will be on-site. We do not rotate crews randomly — consistency matters in a faith facility where members and staff are present during some cleaning windows.
The first visit follows the written scope exactly. Your facilities contact is encouraged to be present for at least part of the first visit. If something in the scope needs adjustment based on what the crew encounters in practice, we discuss it and amend the scope before the second visit — not after a month of missed expectations.
After the first month of service, we contact your facilities liaison to confirm the scope is working as expected. If any tasks need adjustment — frequency, timing, product changes for specific surfaces — we address them at this point. Ongoing concerns can be raised by phone or email at any time during business hours.
